Help!

Just got back from Hilton Head after some R&R and am madder than Hell! I rented a condo for three days and on the second day,I go out to my car and there is sand blasting grit all over the car! I was going to hose it off and couldn't find a hose until late that night. When I got back home,I washed it but there are some reddish-black spots that wouldn't come off - this may even be spray paint. I tried WD-40, bug&tar remover, polish, wax - nothing seem to work. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Use a clay bar. That should work.
