Change holder not going up all the way..please help
Hey guys. Can anyone tell me what to do if my change holder won't go all the way up. I've tried a lot of things but can't seem to fix it. Any help would be really appreciated because it looks kind of crappy right now. Thanks a lot.

Sorry I can't help you, but perhaps you may want to post this in Car Talk, or some other "forum" other than "DETAILING." There'll undoubtedly be more reads in "CAR TALK" or the like.
