help!

i just bought and used Mequiar's NXT Cockpit shine for my dash and Gold Class rich leather stuff.

I applied it and wiped with micro fiber towels and the stuff left some really bad streak marks on both the dash and the leather. the dash is not as visible as the leather. i don't know what's wrong.

maybe you should just try some other products. i use megs leather wipes, they save me laundry and give a nice shine for the price. and Megs vinyl/rubber protectant on the dash, and never any trouble. just mess around with some or check out Exceldetails store, he has a lot of great products.

Try an all purpose cleaner, diluted of course, and clean the entire area, start from scratch. You may have had some residual product on there that wasnt compatible with the Megs......

what product should I use?

so use this product to clean off everything first...then use the Meg products that I bought for dash and leather?

by the way...my car is only about 1 month old...never used anything on them before.

The dealer may have prepped it with something......Just start from scratch.
Clean with an APC (diluted) then reapply sparingly to the towel and rub in/apply.
Next time go with 303!
