Headlight dust

How can i clean the dust inside my headlights?

howd dust get in there those things should be sealed shut. you should try shooting some compressed air through there with all the bulbs out. other then that only other way would be to bake them

They were baked already...thats how the dust got in there... i was thinking of shooting compress air.. but the only bulb i can take out is the drl.
