haze and scratches

Alright so I'm pretty new at the whole scratch removal/wax. Now I know not all my scratches will come out but I'm hoping they will be a little less noticeable. I also have some oxidation on the roof and hood. What are suggested for these. Please any help will be greatly appreciated. I also have access to a buffer but will do by hand if necessarry.

What car/ year? What are you refering to as oxidization? Most oxidization on todays clear coat doesn't jump right out at you .

What buffer do you have available to you?

Scratches and hazing aren't going to come out by hand with OTC products.

I've got and 02 tl-s, and the color is blue. Maybe oxidation was the wrong word to use. It's hazy if that makes a difference. As far as buffer I'm not sure the brand but it's an orbital. It's at my brothers house
