General PC question...

Hi,

I am thinking of getting the Porter Cable orbital buffer...

My question is basically this:

I can understand the utility of applying cleaner, polish, and wax via
the PC.

Is the PC the appropriate tool for removing the residues? If yes
is a MF bonnet typically used to clean off the residue?

It is hard for me to see putting a unlubricated pad on the paint...

Thanks for any response...

Jerry

I just used MF towels to wipe off the residue by hand.

MF bonetts are typically used after you have removed the product by hand. Its normally used to assist in removing additional oils that are not easily removed by hand.
