Question FS MCC Dried up?

I detailed my car a couple weeks ago, used an orange LC pad from Excel and FS MCC. Used the three pass method alternating vertical and horizontal paths, increasing the speed of the PC from 3.5-6 on each pass. By the time I started the third pass it seemed like the polish had dried up on me already? This only started once I was half way through the car. Was working on half panels. Cut down the working area to a 1/4 panel and it still occured. What was I doing wrong? Any advice or instructions would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

You may want to add a little additional product. The MCC shouldnt "dry" up on you unless its been a while in the buffing stages. 3 passes should allow ample time before the product has dried.......

Thanks Patrick, if anything I thought I might have had to much product on the pad, but probably not now that I think about it. "Dried" up might be a poor way to describe it, but I can't think of anything better to describe it. I'll try my best to describe it. It would be fine when I stated out, the FS MCC looked like normal, then on the begining of the third pass, it would get very "white" and harden up some. I would apply more product to the pad @ 12, 3, 6, & 9 o'clock positions on the pad with a drop in the middle, before I started each new section of panel . I'll try to add more next time. Thanks for the advice.
