Enraged.........

Well, I went out to quick detail my car this morning and put another layer of UPP on when my mom said, "Theres egg on your car". I went to the rear and there was egg all over the rear bumper cover and a little on the trunk. I grabbed the hose and hosed the egg off. It wasnt too bad to get off but what enraged me is this:

The retards who did this must've been in a car speeding down my street. My car is parked at the end of the driveway since I'm the first one to leave in the morning.

I called up the dealer and gave the parts guy the paint code for touch up paint. I'm just wondering how should i go about filling in the areas where the shell gouged into the plastic. Should I just apply touch up paint in layers with a toothpick, wet sand, and repolish?

Egg Stains on Paintwork:
As well as the impact damage, egg contains proteins and amino acids that will actually erode the clear coat and eventually the basecoat if not neutralized / removed. If the affected paintwork is not neutralized any remaining acid residue will be reactivated each time it comes into contact with water (See also Reactivity)
Automotive International A, B C Decontamination/Neutralization wash system (www.autoint.com)

Saturate the area with Isopropyl Alcohol and keep it ‘wet’ for 4-5 minutes with a soaked towel laid on the stain, do not agitate the surface. Flush with clean water and dry thoroughly. Inspect surface for cracking, discolouration or other damage with a 30X lighted magnifying loupe, use a chemical cleaner to remove any discolouration, and then apply a paint protection product. If the clear coat shows signs of failure (cracking) take vehicle to a professional paint / body shop.

After the paint surface has been subjected to a chemical cleaning its protective layer (wax / sealants) have been removed and the paint surface left without protection, so it is very important that a wax or polymer protection be reapplied immediately.

To correct any surface marring / light scratching use a mild polish (Zaino PC Fusion Dual Action Paint Cleaner Swirl Remover, All-In-One (Z-AIO) or Menzerna Final Polish II) using a White or an Orange LC pad, 1300RPM / PC speed 5 – 6

I had a coat of Four Star UPP and a coat of Danase Wet Glaze applied a couple days before the egging. The weather has been nice in Chicago for the past week so no rain to start wearing away the sealants. I throughly rinsed the area off and washed the rear of the car with a healthy dose of Turtle wax car shampoo. Would that be enough to neutralize the egg? I would guess the sealants would help slow down the clearcoat/paint erosion from the egg. I followed it up with another coat of DWG and UPP except the area where the paint was gouged. I started applying touchup paint via toothpick.
