Basically, it's a polish/wax combo meaning it will clean and protect in one application. It also incorporates fillers to hide surface defects like swirls and minor scratching. Eventually, the product will dissipate and those defects will be visible. Based on what I've read on other forums, the durability and longevity is minimal at best when compared to other OTC sealants like NXT or Mothers. I would recommend a 2 step process of polishing (remove surface defects) and waxing with a polymer sealant. Better durability and longevity with a pure sealant.

Hopefully, this page will answer that question. Whether or not the concept works, the question is durability and longevity.
