Does anyone else have problems with the upper dash becoming dull; looks like it is dusty and dry. I do not like Armorall type products because they are greasy and seem to create other problems. The dealership justs shrugged their shoulders. Any creative solutions would be appreciated.

Otherwise, I love my 04TL. I had a 91 Legend with 250K miles that I traded for a 99 Mercedes CLK. That was the worst trade I have ever made and I immediately missed the quality and finish of my Legend. Never make that mistake again!

 

There are a lot of vinyl/rubber protectants that don't leave a greasy look or feel. Einszett 1Z Cockpit Premium is a light cleaner protectant that leaves a completely matte finish. 1Z Tiefenpfleger offers a bit more protection and a satin finisgh with no greasy feel. Wolfgang vinyl protectant is also a good one. Go to autopia.org and do some searches and check out the reviews. I'm sure you'll find some ideas and maybe a product or two you might want to try.
