Door rubber

What do you guys suggest that I use on the door and moon roof seals to keep them in good shape? I've tried silicon grease, too sticky, and spray, doesn't last. I mixed the two and got the gooiest mess ya ever saw. It took hours to get the stuff off. Guess I should have tried it on the work bench first.

Smoky

PS: I feel sorry for you guys in cold country. The coldest my garage got this winter was 60 degrees. I found a way to put a heat exchanger in my furnace vent pipe and duct it to the garage bay. Nice!

303 Aerospace Protectant. Has UV protection. Works great. Not greasy at all.
