OH NO!
I have some deep scratches and some paint chips on my bumper (city parking sucks)

my question is can I repair it with touch up paint and wet sanding? my concern is whether a PC can buff out the wet sanding scratches.

I have a PC and up to an orange pad. I don't have any agressive polishes, just OP and poliseal.

Any suggestions? I'll try to get pics up later

Give it a shot! It may take a few applications with Optimum Polish and the Orange pad, but it will make a difference. Its difficult to tell with your pics, just how deep they are. A 4" pad is your real friend here though....

 

The scratches are pretty deep, my fingernail gets lost in there lol

The chips are definitely down the the primer.

When the weather gets warm, I think I will give it a shot Pat.
