crappy paint, doesnt shine
My girlfriends black 1998 civic never looks clean. When i clean it it only removes any dust that it once had but it never really shines. When you really look at the paint closely it looks like it has water spots EVERYWHERE.
I was wondering if anyone has or had this problem and what they can recommend to fix it.
PS i tried turtle wax and it really didnt do anything....thanks in advance
