Cordless Buffer

Can anyone recommend me a cordless buffer? I only need it to make waxing/sealing easier. I've been applying sealant by hand for the last 6 months and it's getting way too tiring. I bought a buffer for 15 bucks at walmart but the thing is so tethered and I have a cramped garage. I have no complaints though as it really speeds up the waxing/sealing process. I just don't like dragging out the cords and being tethered. I don't need it to be a polisher, just something to make waxing/sealing easier.

I looked online and lots of people recommend the nikota or the meg's cordless orbital. But the thing is, I can't find it anywhere, especially the nikota. Anyone heard of that brand?

Any ways, help me make waxing a little easier, please.

Cordless? The only thing that comes to mind is anything that's battery powered.

Well, yea? How else would it power? I read that there's a meguiar's random orbiter where the battery lasts for 1.5 hours. Although I don't need over an hour to wax. I just can't find the thing online.....

Really? To be quite honest, I've never heard of such a buffer from Meguiar's. Is it really that tiring for you to apply by hand? You can take your time when applying your LSP, there's no rush.

Thats's the meg's one, but I still can't find the link for pricing and availability. Although I'm pretty sure it's over $100 or so. I wouldn't buy it at that price cause all I need is a wax applicator. My neighbor has a PC so I can always borrow his. But the thought of a cordless buffer is so tempting.

There are actually cordless buffers like the Craftsman that runs on batteries.

And yes, it gets tiring now. I would take my time, but time is what I don't have. I'm a full time student, part time soldier, and overtime dad.

*I would like to add though. Reading from the Meg's forums, that orbiter had some bad reviews. Maybe Meg discontinued it?

Wen makes that cordless one .. In CanaDUH Canadian Tire seels it under the Simoniz brand .. sometimes on sale for $39 . I have one and the battery doesn't last 1.5 hours.

I originally bought it before I got my PC withthe idea I could polish things out. In fact I could but very slow. It now is hanging on nmy wall unused in the last 2 years.

I tried using it for applying waxes etc and found it was faster by hand because you still had to do it by hand in the smaller places. And the pads will marr if you use the ones that come with it for LSP application.

And you will need a second battery which is pricy.
