Coated leather, uncoated leather, vinyl coated leather, straight vinyl?

It would be nice to get a firm answer as to what the seats are and then how to treat them. Who is sure? And if you are certain, what is best for each type of material?

 

I've been using the Zaino leather cleaner/conditioner. It says on the bottles that it is appropriate for leather and vinyl, so I figure no matter what the seats are made out of it should work well. I also like that it has a leather smell in the products that helps maintain that "like new" smell of your car.
