Windex is not OK!
Use the cloth that came with the car when you bought it. If you still don't have it, any eyeglass cloth will probably do the trick.
If you absolutely have to use some sort of liquid, dampen the cloth with water (dampen, not soak - it should not drip) and clean the screen, followed by a dry pass so you don't get streaks.
It's the same as cleaning any LCD monitor, but the Nav has the extra touch sensing thing that you don't want to mess up.
