Hi guys - had egg thrown on drivers door and really wish the egg were on my face- not my new Aegean blue CL (but I was not in the car)!! I cleaned it off but it left sort of streaks of smudge. I rubbed with my chamois and with wax several times but in the bright sun I can still see it a bit (nothing anyone else would see but it bugs me).

Any ideas would be helpful, Rustito and Aegean Blue + nav.

 

I had assholes that do stuff like that. Egg will etch your paint but you might want to try a clay bar.

 

What is a clay bar?? Yes, the egg experience was awful and I felt hurt and helpless - like the victim of some sort of hate crime!! Some people are so totally mean I can't believe it!! I managed to make it better with wax rubbed on the streaks - and these were really minor. But I will always know and just want to make it perfect again - but I guess once you drive it off the lot nothing is perfect. It's just worse when it was done intentionally!!
