Cleaning 2010 TSX tailpipes
What are the tailpipes made of? Uncoated aluminum, stainless steel, something else?
What can I clean them with? Is a metal polish recommended? Can I seal them with something (like we do with the paint) to keep the shine? I assume the high heat would cause most paint sealants to evaporate quickly.

Made of SS .. you can seal them with a sealant .. waxes won't work .. I seldom clean mine because I make a point of washing then every car wash.

when i do my wheels (first) i clean my tailpipes as well with the wheel brush and soap, if its dirty i'll try some p21s TAW or some grime reaper. bar keeper's friend is also supposed to be great for cleaning tips. i throw some optimum metal polish on after they're nice and shiny and quick detailer prior if there are any leftover water spots.
