Cleaned up the Accord, including engine

My 2004 Honda Accord. Finally had time to clean the engine. Really wasn't too bad but due to a bad O-ring in the power steering that allowed air to get into the system and cause the power steering reservoir to overflow, there was some clean-up needed. BTW, anyone with a V6 Honda/Acura, if your power steering is moaning or whining on cold mornings, there is a TSB for the O-ring. If it is under warranty, the dealer will fix it. If not, I bought the O-ring at my Honda dealer for 96 cents, took me about 5 minutes to change it out.

Optimum Power Clean diluted 3:1, pressure washed at the local coin-op car wash
3D Trim Protectant on the plastic/rubber under the hood

Optimum No Rinse Wash
Paste Glaz wax
Armor All on tires/fenderwells
Dupli-Color Professional Undercoat and Sound Eliminator in the rear fenderwells

I already have Optimum Opti-Coat on the paint (put it on the car in September 2009, a couple years before I ended up buying it from my Dad) so using a beauty wax like Paste Glaz in the winter isn't an issue, got a ton of protection underneath.

Nice job scott, thats a hard color to make look clean. My mom had a intrepid in a similar color to that and any dirt on the car would just make it look totally faded.

At least it is better than the sterling mist '02 Maxima I had. Hate the color but it was the only 6 speed on the market at the time.

Desert Mist wasn't my first choice (had looked at a dark metallic blue and a metallic grey Accord) but when my Dad got a new truck and offered to sell me the Accord for under market price, I jumped on it. The nice thing about the color is it blends in, doesn't attract the wrong attention.
