What do you guys use to clean your engine/engine bay.

 

Aerospace cleaner diluted somewhere around 8:1. Spray down the engine bay with a moderate stream of water. Spray Aerospace cleaner into engine bay and let sit for a little bit. Then use an old toothbrush and some other brushes to get into crevaces and spray again when finished. Give it a little time to dry, then start the engine so the heat finishes the rest of the drying process. Dress with Meg's #40 for the plastic and hoses.

 

Lots of folks use Simple Green. They also make an even stronger Degreaser.

 

I have an appointment with a local detailing shop which includes a steam cleaning of the engine compartment, next week.
I'll take pictures when its done.
