Cheaper alternative to UDM/PC
Cheaper alternative to UDM/PC
Are there any other orbital machine out there that are good enough to do a decent job on polishing? I saw one at walmart for like 20 bucks but you can't adjust the speed so I said hell to that. I searched online but I'm hesitant because I dont know the qualities of some. So any suggestions would help. It seems as though UDM and PC is the monopoly of orbital machine on this forum.

UDM/PC is the best way to go, buuuuuuut if you need something cheap I bought a buffer at Harbor Freight Tools that varible for around $25.00. But I must agree with Steve9207 and the UDM/PC is worth it.

For the beginner go for the PC .. the UDM is still having growing pains.

as for an alternative, the market just doesnt have a mainstream demand for the professional type orbital machine, thats why there isnt much competition or that many machines to chooes from....
there is nothing you can buy for less then the cost of a pc or udm, or meguiars g110 or the griots machine that can do what these machines are capable of doing....period....
