Can I just z6?
Can I just z6?
I did the whole clay/z1/z2/z2/z6 thing last weekend and I have just some dust on my car. Can I go ahead and just do z6 or do I need to clean off the dust first?
I've asked a question similar to this, and I was told you should probably dust your car first, just to be safe. A California Car Duster is a wonderful tool for doing this.
Just days ago, there was a thread about the Griot's Garage kit, which has a duster that was said to be even better - cannot verify though...dunno.
Personally, I use the California Car Duster. But basically, remove the dust first (car duster, wash, whatever) before Z6ing for safety from scratching.
Hope that helps!
