Can this be buffed out to look new again?

Recently purchased a TLS Lip spoiler. Came off a wrecked TL. It has 4 main scratches on the right of the spoiler. Everything else is just fine hairline scratches.

My main concern is that the 4 most noticeable scratches can't be removed. The spoiler is really dirty and hasn't been cleaned since it was on the wrecked TL-S

I'm currently looking for a detailer to do this for me, what can I expect to pay?

These are the hairline scratches.

If you can 'catch' your fingernail in the scratch it will usually require a re-spray as the scratches are too deep to be removed by polishing / wetsanding

looking at the first few pictures to me it looks like it will probably need repainted. I totally agree with TOGWT - if you can catch your fingernail then the scratch is too deep to be buffed out.

Probably end up costing you the same to just have it resprayed.

This
The first couple of scratches look to deep to remove.

Thank you all for letting me know! I ran my finger nail through each scratch and you can definitely feel all 4 scratches easily. Pretty deep scratches.

I ended up talking to 2 separate guys. One to get it detailed for ~$30 and the other to get it completely repainted NBP for $30.

Definitely makes more sense to get it resprayed NBP!
