This blowss Help!

So I get my car back(its been at the shop some lady backed in to my bumper cracked my bumper and headlight) So I look at the car and it looks perfect like new. I pull out get home and park it on my drive way. So I think to myself I should go wash it. I come out start washing and notice a dark line sort of like a scratch but no one went on my driveway. So I go to the shop and the guy says it not his fault some one scratched it. What do you think can be the problem. Then again i go home and come out another dark line appears on top of the old one. Damm i have bad luck.

Is it like a scratch? Or something superficial. Any chance of a pic?

I think it would help to post pictures, so then the experts on here can give you proper advice rather than crapshoot advice
