Black Wow trim restorer

If you guys haven't tried this out, you should! It is $25 for 4oz but a very small amount is used at a time.

Here are some 50/50 shots on my friend's 6G Accord.

The entire grill restored.

A bonus is that it causes beading too!

I never looked that hard, but I never found anything worth buying. Perhaps this will be different.

I ended up painting (with bumper paint) my faded plastic pieces on my Eclipse. Stayed looking fresh until the day I sold it.

Admittedly thats right after application. Its been raining here all day so I'll ask my friend to take more pics... I'll even take some a week or a month from now to see the durability.

Application is easy: diluted IPA 2:1 wipe down, spread the lovin', wipe excess off with a damp MF towel. Done.

I believe this only is good for textured plastic trim. On the smooth trim, I hear this stuff doesn't absorb probably and will run once it rains.

Im a little concerned about proper prep here! The surface really needs to be cleaned of debris and dust before using or it may not last. The IPA is great for removing oils, but it doesnt do a lot for ol fashioned "dirt". I see a lot of debris by the emblem......

I have it and use it a fair amount .. where it is really good is the valance in front of the windshield where the wiper arms are.. I use it about 2 times a year there and it really holds up well. And I wash the car a lot ..

Like Patrick says prep is the key.

I might need to add that to the newly formed arsenal.
