Black Trim
Black Trim
okay, i'm sure all of you Detailing whores have heard of this but...
my friend jen has a 93 accord and the black trim looked like ass (she has the "project" car as she calls it), well she bought some "Mothers back to black" stuff last night and she brought it up to our sponsors shop, she put some of it one the applicator and went to work. When she got done her accord looked awesome, 100% better. So i took some to use it on the black lines on the roof of my car, it seemed to work...got on the paint and it was a bitch to get off.
has anyone ever tried this?
is it a quality product or does it wear away easily?

I've seen it wear easily...use:
Meguiars Professional Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner #40
Meguiars Gold Class Trim Detailer - Black plastic and Rubber Restorer
I've washed my car several times before thinking I should re-apply..even at that point, its still very dark
