have any of you guys experienced this???

my gf's white 2.3 cl has a ton of tiny black speckles on the rear bumper and part of the rear of the trunk.

it's hard to wash off, unless you start scratching it with your fingers. but i prefer not to do anything that harsh to the paint.

does anyone know what it could be?
possibly from the exhaust?

or do you think it was paint overspray?
when she bought it... they had to repaint the top of the car and trunk.
(long story, dumbass lot boy scratched it)

before i can wax her car... i need to be able to clean off all those black speckles.....

Its tar from the roads. A clay bar will help it to come right off. You'd want to clay the whole car anyway before your next wax.

Yeah, a clay bar should remove all of the black spots on the paint.
