bird feces

I left my car under open sky for a month and when came back notice it is got full of white colored bird feces which I could not completely remove. After rubbing with washing scrub there are still number of stubborn black spots where it used to be a white residue. Is there an effective way to get rid of these. Thanks!

Have you tried using a paint cleaner or soft abrasive polish?
