best way to get rid of smoke film?

i smoke in the car... and eventually over time... the inside of the windows builds up with smoke film... and it's very noticeable... does anyone know a good and effective way of getting rid of this? oh and so there's no glare afterwards either? thanks

Just use window cleaner every once in awhile to remove the gunk...

I used rubbing alchohol to remove window tint glue on my old car, I'm sure it would remove smoke film also
