Best way to fix this dent?
Hey guys, I have a dent on my rear bumper and was wondering what the best way to correct it would be. I have a PC but I'm assuming it can't be corrected with just polishing. Maybe filling it with touch up paint + sanding? Please help.

haha yeah I know. I've had my car for about a month now and have bought about $450 in detailing supplies including in PC 7424XP but haven't even had a chance to wash it once! I did a very quick wash of certain areas just to clean it enough to install my lip kit, which isn't done yet, but once it's on I'll be washing, claying, waxing/polishing
Regarding the original topic, I suppose the best place to get touch up paint would be paintscratch.com. Any recommendations on what wetsanding materials to get?

Then go to Pep boys (or any auto store) and buy 1000 grit sand paper. If you find 2000 then go for it. The higher the grit, the better. I suggest cutting the sandpaper into smaller pieces since the store most likely sell big pieces of the sand paper.
Dip the sand paper in water and sand away the excess paint from the touch up. You can actually youtube this. That's how I learned it.
Then follow it up with polish and you should be good.
I don't know how well this will work on black (assuming your car is black, looks blue in second pic), but on my carbon gray, the touch up didn't really match the original paint after the sanding. It's like a lighter color and is pretty noticeable but much better to the eyes than before.
