Beige interior upkeep

I am not sure if this is the right location for interior detailing or not.

My MDX has the god awful beige interior and I am looking at options. I got a quote to get a custom interior color change from Parchment to BMW's $1495 interior color option Cognac, and the quote was near $15k. I would probably do this later on, as I am planning to personalize this vehicle once the warranties run out. My second option is bid on a salvaged/wrecked MDX (3rd gen) and do a complete interior swap for the price of the donor vehicle and maybe make a profit off of the parts from that vehicle.

However, right now with the Parchment interior, I am dealing with the dreaded Blue color dye transfer from my jeans, regardless whether or not I have my seat massager on it. I have been using Maguires Leather cleaner 3-in-1 and the Mr. Eraser sponge to remove this discoloration, but its damaging the leather. What materials do you guys use/recommend, and how frequent do you upkeep with this interior color?

I like the Griot’s Garage leather cleaner and also have the beige interior. My ‘18 had the same and I only got a little color transfer that I was able to remove with Griot’s. But I use it proactively too. So far in 6500 miles on my ‘20, no color transfer yet.
