I have a new black TSX, and haven't fully washed or waxed it after 3 months of ownership. I'm looking for recommendations on auto detailing places or people in CT. I'm willing to travel as south as Greenwich and as north as Hartford for a recommendations. Thanks!

 

I don't know what your situation is, but why spend time driving somewhere and paying someone for something you can do yourself? If time is a factor with your daily routine, that's cool. Plenty of info about maintaining and upkeep, not to mention a great bunch of guys/gals here who are more than willing to answer any questions you may have.

 

i figured this question might come up. i live in a downtown apt bldg with garaged parking. therefore, i have no access to a driveway or other open space with a hose/outside water supply. the dealership also put swirl marks all over the car with one of their free car washes. i've never dealt with this before, and would like an experienced person to take care of it. now that everyone feels sorry for me (haha), any recommendations?

 

I didn't think about your current domicile, my bad. That would pretty much limit your options. Anyway, I checked Switchboard and came up with these local businesses that offer Washing/Detailing services. You may wanna check them out and see if any appeals to you. Hopefully, some of the other natives will chime in.

 

I was in Meriden from Monday - Wednesday and detailed my car while I was there. The weather was beautiful. I'd have done yours, too, for a price. hahaha

any other local acura owners who want to earn extra $$ by getting rid of my swirl marks are also encouraged to reply. but i'd want to see your own car first.
