Astro Eraser Pad w/Drill Arbor

Looks like the tape pinstriping on my wife's Saturn will not come off easily and I will need to resort to using a more extreme method.

Does anyone know of a store (online or physical) that sells the Astro Eraser pad and drill arbor (400E & 400E-AR) that they recommend? My online store of choice does not carry them.

You can usually pick it up from your local auto paint distributor.

I had checked Harbor Freight online and they didn't have it. I will stop by one of their physical stores, and if they don't have it, I will look up a local paint distributor.
