About to pull the trigger one last Q.

OK I've decided I'm ready to tackle my swirl marks, here's my list is there anything i'm missing?

UDM
2 White LC pads
1 Orange LC pad
1 black lc pad
optimum compound
optimum polish

Now for the sealer I'm not sure which is the best way to go, should I get the optimum poli-seal or something else. Also I have enough Zaino left to do a full treatment so can I just use that instead of purchasing something else?

Microfibers?
Small applicators for under door handles and obnoxious areas......
Correct me if Im wrong, but Zaino needs a real sterile surface for adhesion. Most other products will accept a little oil.

Ya Zaino needs to have a pretty clean surface to adhere too. I have lots of MF, good call on the small applicator though, I never thought of that.

Might I be better off just to pick up a sealant rather than trying to use the rest of my zaino?

Go for the Zaino if you have it .. just do a IPA/Water wipedown to remove the oils from the Optimum polishes.

you might as well get 2 of each pad....your not supposed to cross contaminate the different products with the same pad...and one black one wont be enough....

and i would get the 4star upp....might try out that danase wet glaze as well...i have both of thoes right now, and i cant wait to try them out....and that takes two black pads right there....

I went ahead and ordered the products I mentioned, Thanks for the help guys.

Unfortunately for those recommending UPP the Canadian site I purchased my stuff from does not carry it. And I'm kind of boycotting international shipping right now because I've been rapped too many times by UPS/Fed Ex. I can't wait to get at my paint.

Maybe a brush to clean your pads from the compound build up. Cause if you try to do the whole car without cleaning your pads every now and then you lose your cutting ability

Actually they don't rape you they just charge you for doing thier job .. They are paying a broker to clear your product through customs. Canada post does the same thingif the value is enough.

Right so charging 29.99+ for what costs Under 7 dollars is not rape? One can broker their own package at a cost of like 6 something, however UPS jacks your package and does not allow you this option. It's highway robbery and I've had enough, I once got dinged 40 bucks in fees on a 70 item, and there was NO duty.

Canada post charges 5.00 up front to any international package to cover the brokering, that I'm fine with but these random mystery charges from UPS I'm tired of. /rant
