Cool 3 coats Z5 Pro - Zaino Pics

For those who are curious about Z5 Pro and how it looks.... just applied 3 coats to my wife's 2003 TL. No Z2 Pro - that will be next week.

No offense intended, but just curious, did you have a lot of swirls? I know it's been improved, but it's still a filler. It's hard to judge what Z-5 does to swirls. Some up close before and after photos would have been great.

I did have a ton of swirls and no offense taken The Z5 Pro didn't remove everything but it does fill some of the minor ones in nicely. The shine from the Z5 Pro looks good too - prob an improvement over the Z5 old.

I didn't want to apply more than 3 coats in 24 hours so I'm waiting till next week to layer some Z-2 on top.

Before and after would've been nice I agree. But you'll have to trust me when I say it looks much better.

The reason I asked is I haven't seen comparisons between the old and new. Some Zainoists have mentioned the old porduct didn't fill in very well even after several coats. Like I said, more of curiosity thing. Thanks much.

Sadly... never. I was a complete noob and moron to detailing until about 4-6 months ago. I didn't take care of the TL at all... took it through brushed car washes where careless workers dried the car with dirty rags, etc... I bought Zaino for my own car and just decided to apply to my wife's TL also.

Zaino's site recommends no more than 3 coats in 24 hours even if you are using ZFX.
