2008 BMW 335i Black Sapphire Metallic revival (Picture heavy)

Todays detail was an absolute beauty! Packed under the Black Sapphire Metallic paint is 300 Ponies, 300 torque ft/lbs twin turbo’d! The interior red leather in contrast with the black is absolutely stunning. The roof collapses down and tucks away into the trunk with a click of a button.
Unfortunately the paint was in horrible shape as it only gets a wash every two months or so buy her younger sister (Who supposedly does a 'pretty good' job)
Underneath the hood clear bra was etched in somethin that I couldn't get off. It appeared to be under the clear bra since I was able to remove the swirls off it, but whatever was under it remained no matter what I did.

She was so happy with the results that she wants to rock my decal and will be returning for bi-triweekly washes

Total time is about 9 hours

Chemical Guys Citrus Was e with Euro-W Bucket + Grit Guard & DI Sheepskin Mitt
Clay Magic Ultra Fine Clay with Optimum No Rinse Wash as lube (2.5 hours or claying!)

Optimum Poli-seal / UDM 4″ / Cyan

Menzernas P085RD / Flex 4301 5.5″ / White

Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection / By Hand / Foam Pad (Synthetic Polymer Sealant)

Optimum Metal Polish + #0000 Steel Wool

Surf City Beyond Steel All Wheel Cleaner
Duragloss 321 non-silicone tire dressing
303 Aerospace Protectant
Einszett Cockpit Premium
Meguiars Interior Detailer
One Grand Do-it-all

Just a quick rinse/dressing of the engine bay. Wasn't included but I figured since I wanted to take a peak of the beast within, I may as well do a quick clean up inside
Before

After

Exhaust tips that probably never got any attention. Carbon deposits etched in even after all the elbow grease

Thought some of you may be interested in the technique I use. I do the horizontol followed by vertical method. Overlapping half each time

Yeh... I know.. whole car was basically like this.

Wheels before

Wheels After. Not sure why by I couldnt get the crap off the two corners. Brake dust heavily caked in? Busted out the toothbrush and everything!

Dull looking Ebrake boot

After the good ol' 303 AP and megs interior det

I love the red interior!

Check out the floating headrest. I like it

Great job Johnny! Have you ever tried Einszett Cockpit Premium? It's amazing stuff, just slightly better than Meg's Quik Interior Detailer. Those two are by far my favorite for wiping down the interiors.
