when push the brake is all 4 brake use to brake or just the frount 2?

I'd say if your going to do brakes, do all 4 at the same time. Same with rotors. That way you get a more even braking power and no mismatching. So, right now you have new pads on the front and worn pads on the rear. With the fronts doing most of the braking anyway, it's going to feel more toward the front than rear, but more so with worn brakes in the rear. The brakes should still work fine like it is.
