I sold mine just shy of hitting that milestone and I still feel like I owed it to myself to get to see it roll past the 200k mark and like I robbed myself of that joy by selling it at 195k. (I think this is the part where my wife usually comes in and tells me that it's just a car.)

I've contemplated selling the car but I really enjoyed hitting 200k. Been a solid car. Also makes me want to hit 300k.

and I can only imagine mine has to be the lowest of any 3G TL in existance...literally lol.

No this picture was not taken 6 years ago, it was taken a couple weeks ago. Its not my doing as I only recently bought it, but kinda cool nonetheless.

Getting close to 300k. Still in mint condition, but its obviously been taken care of. Haven't had to do anything major at all, TL's were made to last forever.

Richfield Wi. I bought it from a good friend who was on here a lot. He put the whole aspec kit and 18x8.5in wheels on it. Everyone that guesses the mileage guesses under 100k lol

93K on my 04 6MT. So far so good, but I'm pretty sure its got a bad transmission case bearing but not sure. It started making a baseball card in a bicycle spoke noise after I put GM Friction modified Synchromesh fluid in it.

I thought it looked like the area. I'm just 30 min south of you. There was another guy on here in the Milwaukee area that had over 200k on his TL as well. I believe he sold it for an S2000 now though.

i have 102K on my '07. This bad boy still runs like new. Also read on a thread about a 105k maintenance. Necessary? Thoughts? Opinions? All I've been doing in terms of maintenace are routine oil changes and transmission fluid change (not flush) every 25k - 30k miles. Not once a major maintenance job.

Your belt isn't going to pop exactly at 105K...BUTTTTTTTTT... at any mileage over the 105K, you're rolling the dice. Do you feel lucky????
You might be OK waiting...or not. I'd get it done at the appropriate time (when your MID shows '4'.

Wow, that's impressive!

My '04 5AT just hit 193K. I've never had any issues with it, I've just done regular maintenance. I even have the original brakes!

I was going to trade it in for the TLX but I don't know, this car seems like it will go on forever. And I will be heartbroken when I say good-bye to it.

hmm I haven't heard about that problem, is it common in TL's. Seems like all of Honda/acura trannys have pop out issues lol. I don't really stay in third long enough to know if its going to pop out. I tend to skip gears.

yes, just like you said, Most Honda's display a pop out issue.
and you'll know right away as it feels funny when going into third. it'll kinda kick back out.

we suspect the honda fluid not doing its job well.
thus we replace it with GM syncromesh
