What's the mileage on your 3G? Still going strong?

72k on an '06
100% synthetic oil for every change about every 6-7k miles
New oil filter each time
New engine air and cabin air filters every about every 15k miles
Here are the issues I've had so far:
2 dead "Genuine Acura" batteries. The first time the dealer replaced for free. The second time I was in the middle of nowhere with no Honda or Acura dealer for a hundred miles. Had to buy a Duralast battery from Autozone out of pocket. No battery issues since
Air conditioner / heater mixer motor went out at 69900 miles. Luckily I had 70k extended warranty so had that replaced at dealer
Last winter, the power steering system developed a leak and it was sucking air. Turns out it was related to the power steering recall, so had that fixed for free.
AT was shifting very hard at around 60k miles. Had the fluid flushed and replaced. Shifts like new again. In the future I'm going to drain and refill every ~15k miles.
Dash/button lights are starting to go out for a couple of buttons
Replaced the stock Michelin Pilots at 35k with Bridgestone g-force tires for less than half the price of the Pilots. 37k later they're still going strong, still have at least 10k tread left
Front passenger side window auto-up doesn't work any more
Rattles like a mofo
Having said all that, it still runs like the day I bought it with 5 miles.
I plan on keeping it for another ~5 years total (maybe 150k miles). I'm not totally impressed with the quality of the vehicle but would consider another Honda/Acura vehicle in the future

^^^ wayyy to sum it up....
for the 5AT tranny....till i was on the stock Z1 fluid I used to do a drain and refill every time i did an oil change (5K miles)....now i have moved to redline for the engine and the transmission....i will be doing engine oil changes at (7.5K miles) and tranny flushes (3x3) 60K miles....I would recommend you shifting to redline as well for atleast the tranny....
For the window auto roll up, am guessing the switch went out which can be replaced by taking the door panel off (you might be able to pull this off even without taking the panel off)
I couldnt agree with you more on the rattles and the damn interior lights going out....but well got 151K on the 05, so cant complain LOL....

Have faith in Honda my friends! My 07' TLS has 70,000 miles & I also have a 98' Accord V6 with 257,000 miles! On its 3rd trans, 3rd alternator, 2nd starter & 4th battery. Timing belt done every 100,000 miles & engine burns no oil & no fluid leaks.

I drive a a lot! I have family all over the USA and I usually always drive...
Did the original timing belt at around 90k miles.. So im at 80k miles again and decided to get it done again, especially with summer and how hot it is in Florida, also I had the extra money now to do it so I decided to just get it done.. Im also hoping to get a lot more miles out of it.. Also on the original auto tranny, a lot of people have problems with these... So far no issues

Burning Brakes
I got a 04 with 140k, 22k being mine still drives like new for the Most part. Shocks Are getting a little soft but that only gives me a excuse to get some coilovers. Also it's shifts a little funny when running ac (it's a 6 speed), but I love my Tl. I'm sure I'll get 300k+ out of it.

I sold my TL at 121,521 miles with the following issues;
- excessive tire wear. (a set of tires every 3-4 months).
- Worn struts
- too many rattles
- blown passenger door speaker
- broken motor mounts
- a transmission that was on it's way out
In my time of ownership, it was fairly good about maintenance. - Spark plugs, oil changes, ATF drain and fills, one bad O2 sensor, replaced the starter the day before I sold it cause it just decided to stop working. Pretty much routine maintenance and wear and tear.
However my TL ate tires like a monster. I hated it. and it was never stable in the rain. It felt like the front of the car would go straight while the rear would try to drift out of line. It's one of the main reasons why I sold it. Countless alignments and nothing, it always had the same issue.
I will say this though; that automatic 4-door sedan sure did surprise a lot of cars from a 50 roll.

64k on my '05 TL.
- heated seat button backlight is dead
- battery died at around 20k, dealer replaced for free after a complaint
- squeaking in front suspension, still not figured this out (could be due to mods)
- rattles here and there in cabin
- eats a lot of tires, always seems to need new tires

Just got my TB service done. Car still runs great. Gonna do another 1x3 with my next oil change. Not sure if I am going to go with Honda, Redline or Amsoil.

I'm at 106k. Original everything except for one headlight and a rim but that wasn't the car's fault. Runs just like the day I bought it new. I've had the timing belt and all related parts for a year now and still haven't found the time to do it.

2015 Advance
Saw this thread while searching for bulb replacement info.
My '05 (purchased December '04) has 141k, and that's with probably 6 months of not driving it due to travel and it being in the shop (backed into. Doh!)

06 with 82K miles. Still going strong... had to replace the APP sensor, get a new HFL module and sent in my navi to alpine to fix it, but other than that, engine wise it still runs amazing.

'07 TL Type-S

Only problem is the light for low on the heated seats is out. So yea, it's still going strong.

Bought my mom's 2006 TL in 2008 with 18k. Regular maintenance is done every 4-6k miles. Currently, the TL is sitting at 54,4XX miles.
We have gone through 3 batteries (first one died three days after we bought it), but the only major problem we had was a jammed trunk which was fixed under warranty in 2009.

Bought brand new on May 30, 2006
Currently 98K
Engine runs perfect
Since 2006 regular maintance from Acura, whenever the light goes on
Sent navigation to Alpine to get it fixed like last month
Around 10 of the bulbs replaced on the dashboard and around...last month
Two side mirrors were getting stuck on Reverse gear. Replaced the motor or something. (Warranty covers)
Replaced, O ring, that crazy sound in cold start.
Driver seat rail moves when you brake or accel. but smart service guys can't feel it.
Last week, had a flat tire, first time since 6 years. I was at the dealer for a RSX to my friend, just told them to fix the flat tire ($20), they said that I need a brand new one. I took my tire back, and checked it. They tried to insert some plastic to fix it but it was something that inever seen before Back at home in Europe, and wasn't working since they said I need new tire.
I just left and got a plug (the one you normally use, long brown one) and now tire runs perfectly.
Today I was there again, my Bluetooth wasn't working. They said I need a new unit for the Bluetooth. $201. I just said forget it. I never used it. If it was like my dads old 2009 RL's which plays music with bluetooth, then oke but...
And of course rattles everywhere you get used to it but when you drive an 2012 loan TL, when the car is in service, then you ara just like wow haha
Dad now drives 2011 FX35
But mom still has 07 MDX since 07
