TL A/C Clutch Coil compatible with Accord Clutch Coil??

TL A/C Clutch Coil compatible with Accord Clutch Coil??
So i need a new A/C clutch coil but Nalley Acura wants $146 for just the coil. Is it possible to put an 03-07 Accord clutch coil on it, or would that be a waste of time?? I would order it on the internet but I am leaving for Fla tomorrow morning and dont have time to wait on shipping.

Just in case anyone wants to know (since no one replied to my post) I am updating my original post with the info that I found. There are 4 compatible cars:
03-06 Acura MDX
04-08 Acura TL
03-07 Honda Accord V6
05 Honda Pilot
The part # is 38924-RCA-A01
