Not to be rude either, but 30k HIDs are overdoing it. I understand people doing 5k/6k, but if you're doing 30k, not only are you losing a lot of light output, but its just too much. Just my opinion though w/e floats your boat

I had them temporary, then switched it out for 8k because i was computing alot, MUCH better output

OP started this thread back in 2004. Sure, let me acknowledge the OP from 10 years ago about purple bulbs. I bet he hasn't found any in 10 years? It's an old, dead thread that didn't need revived. I'm sure ed99 isn't looking for purple bulbs anymore. If you run around posting pictures of your vehicle(s) online there are going to be people who don't like what they see. I, along with several others, stated our opinions on the Altima. I just didn't fluff my response. I am free to voice my opinion and that's exactly what I did.

I never said my car was the best. You're the one who went and, continues to go, down that road for no reason at all. And, what does it matter if my car is a 6 speed or not? I don't really care that my car isn't the fastest, most modded, etc. It's a 7 year old, 4 door sedan that even in stock form still gets compliments. It's not meant to be dragged or tracked and I am fine with that. Probably why I bought it. Guess what, if I wanted to row gears in a sports car I'd go buy a sports car.
