Goodbye my friend, TL

It's a long story but I didn't even know that I would say goodbye to my TL this early. It was my first car and I chose it by myself. I thought I would keep it through my college life .
Last month, I got into an accident on freeway. My car fell of the bridge. I was able to stepped out of the car with only scratches, no serious damages. But my TL is no longer alive . The scene brought me to tears.
This is my goodbye to the forum. Thanks all AZ for the DIYs you wrote, they all are helpful .

It's like a micracle honestly. The car slid all the way to the right until it met the barrier and fell out of the freeway. But there is no spin or anything, just like a jump. Hope that you guys can image what I'm talking about. I fell where the exit is so it's not really tall, maybe around 3 to 5 meter. I don't know but when I think about my TL, I feel sad. Maybe because I have done too many things for it by myself.
Thank for all the responses, I got a special offer from a local Cadillac dealer for a Monaco Blue BMW 535i 09. I just brought the car home last week. I did not join any forum yet, you know, it's hard to find a community like AZ.

Glad to hear you're OK. Just because you had gotten a different car brand doesn't mean you'd have to leave this great community. Most people have moved on from Acuras and still stayed here.

I had lost my TL last year and bought another one due to its outstanding safety ratings.

Perhaps later down the road, you'll be able to pick up another TL. Good luck with the 535i though! Like everyone else on this forum, I'm glad that you're safe.

That's crazy man, sorry to hear about your TL, but at least you're ok, a car can always be replaced, you can't.

Well, that's true. God saves me, which makes me want to go to church more often. I believe the accident happened on Sam Houston near Kempwood since I saw Kempwood exit sign. People around that areas thought I would be dead or serious damage. When I stepped out, they looked surprised.

Nice pickup on the BMW. AZ is a great community and still glad you're a-ok.

I don't post it in the first time because I worry that my English would confuse you guys, but let me give it a try. That day was my Anniversary so I went out to Kirin buffet. On the way home, I drove on Sam Houston tollway. To be honest with you guys, I was speeding around 90 ( little bit faster than some people here since it's tollway but still 35 over the limit ). There are was a white old beater in front of me ( several cars length I believe ), they drove really slow, slower than the rest (maybe they obey the speed limit) . I drove until a car or two length from them, then signaled to change to the left. Suddenly there were two cars in that lane drove really fast and prevent me from making lane-change. I pull the wheel back and hit the white car in front of me. I lost control and slide from the left side all the way to the right, and fell off. Later, I found out that those car were racing. They're M3 and a vette. That is my story, the accident was because of my false prediction . I saw those cars coming but there were far when I checked rear view mirror. I'm still here and reading AZ posts , it's just I can't try new stuff for TL anymore .
P.S: We can't find the trace where we was fallen since when accident occurred, the airbag block my view. I don't see any crack on the barrier so I can't tell how I jumped off .

ouch man, sorry to hear about the accident, but it's a lesson learned i suppose and you're alive to tell the story. Did the M3 and Vette pull over after the accident?

cars in front doing the speed limit or not much higher come up fast when you're doing 90. slow it down.
