so top tier gas aside....
Using a good fuel cleaner can certainly help keep things clean from fuel pump and lines to ports and injectors + valves. Many others including myself have great success with Redline's Fuel cleaner. It has a bunch of PEA's as the main ingredient (Polyetheramine's) that are very good at cleaning.
Techron on the other hand uses solvent that can damage plastics over time...

Turbo, you're wasting your time with this guy.. Like I said earlier, people aren't morons, they can choose to accept his unverified claims or they can read the AAA report and the multiple endorsements from the auto industry.on the benefits of using Top Tier gas.

You're right, people aren't morons, but they are often inclined to believe persuasive marketing campaigns.

lets just leave it at this:
(1) use top tier gas if you wish and don't mind spending the extra dollars
(2) use non-top tier gas if you wish and don't mind saving the extra dollars
/endthread
I for one use top tier gas because the car either recommends it, or some vehicles require it, as per the manufacture of course
