WDP-Acura TL

When I start my car first thing in the morning at 41 degrees I hear a rattling noise from under the hood. When I turn my steering wheel I hear the sterring wheel pump working but its loud. When the car warms up the noise diminish to its normal sound. What could be causing these noises? The car has 42,xxx miles so my warranty is almost over with. Is anyone else experiencing this?
