WE DID THE SAME THING last time we went! Saw crazy lines for GIovanni's and how everyone wanted to go there but then Saw Famous' and basically no line so went there instead. It was DELICIOUS

Someone screwed up tho, and gave us a $50 coupon book that came with 150 tickets for rides and games.

Recipe:
1 whole breadfruit - peeled, remove seeds
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Cut breadfruit into six slices. Soak the breadfruit slices in water for a half hour.
Drain out the excess water and then add 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 can coconut milk.
Boil until soft. Remove from the heat, set to cool.
Put in food processor and grind until fine.
Mix all the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, baking powder.
Flour your board and roll.
