YM wth are you doing? You have like 20 of these threads going about finding a car.

Didn't you pass on a TL a while back then came here and kept talking about how you effed up and you should have bought it.

You have made some regrets lately.

Selling your CL for $1500
Selling your 3G TL to your uncle
Passing up on a 3G TL that had a spoiler.

My guess is you will regret paying 15k for an 07.

At the end of the day it's still a 8 year old car. George W. Bush was still in office to give you some perspective. I'd be catious of tranny. Good luck.

OP's moolah is too young. I think he needs an economics class before spending any more money.

I call BS on YM. Too many threads. Zero pictures. Uncle bought your beat up TL? Either he's the poorest uncle on the planet, or BS. Why wouldn't he just buy his own TL? They're a dime a dozen, across the country

To answer your question, IMO it's not worth it. Talk them down. My '07 TL-S was bought from a dealer two years ago for the same amount. $16,500 CAD = about $15,000 USD.

Ok many funny comments here and I am sorry for the repetitive car threads.

But the car is a no go it doesn't have the type S wheels rather the base wheels. Also the rear bumper has major rock chips and it's missing the bottom two grills in the front.

End thread. Happy now? Lol

Let's start over again.

Wrong bumper. This vehicle has 07-08 base model bumper. This would also mean it was in a wreck. Judging it has the wrong bumper, with the lower fog light grills missing, it's probably a real shit repair.

Those "base" wheels are indeed A-spec wheels. Saving grace out of the entire rolling S-type dumpster.

Move along, better yet, just save enough money and get a non salvaged TL.

but seriously,

Diesel model is the way to go.

those base wheels doe.... Oh man,

Youngin, you really need to do some research and due diligence on your part before you go buy another car. Starting new threads and askin to be spoonfed information is not going to help anyone. You need to go and read through the vastly useful information here on AZ, go in the internet and look up information and everything you want to know. The reason we give you so much crap is because you're asking things that have been answered time and time again and we are getting frustrated from having to repeat ourselves.

Seriously, please do some research to learn about the car you want, don't just blindly throw money at it. You'll come out with knowledge, and not being ripped off by being sold something of which you have little to no knowledge.

You'd think for someone that has bought this car before, went through the buying experience more than once would know what to look for

I miss the CL but need a 4 door. The only CL I would buy is the one I sold because it was in pristine shape. Retarded decision to sell it I will always regret it.

the front grille is also incorrectly painted. its supposed to be matte grey in the middle, not color matched. definitely a poor repair job considering it's also the wrong bumper. would hate to know what else they messed up on
