Hey Everyone,

I am new here so I apologize if I posted this in the wrong section but I was hoping some of you who like to document all of your changes can help me out with a few pictures or ideas.

I just recently picked up some DEPO headlights for my 08 Base TL but was sent the Type S headlights instead. The only real difference that I found was the front corner signal indicator light.

My stock one fits a 7443 bulb while the Type S fits a 1157 bulb. Since I could not use the 1157 bulb holder as it didn't fit over my 7443 male end connector, I had to silicone the light into the housing due to the fact that the opening was too big for the 7443.

I've been in contact with the seller and he's been very helpful and wants help me find a resolution but wants to see some pictures of the Base TL's male end to better understand the situation.

So, I was hoping one of you have some pictures of the male end of the corner bulb on a base TL that you could share with me. If you have any pictures of the Type S male end connector that would be helpful too as I could use that to compare the.

Additionally, if any of you have any ideas on how I could better retrofit the corner lights for future plug and play, please let me know as you are the experts and I am newbie.

it'll plug into the 1157 socket on the type S headlight, cut off the socket on your 7443 base harness, and solder the new 1157 socket on
