I finally saw an RLX today in Northern Virginia. It was Crystal Black Pearl on Rt. 15 a few miles north of Leesburg.

I have to say while I don't love the RLX a good set of wheels transforms the car.

First official neuronbob RLX sighting!

I finally saw one!

Driving south on I-77 in Cleveland last night, I saw (and subsquently blew by at high speed in the V, heheheheh) a white RLX. Looks nice in that color.

Unfortunately, the driver, a lady, was HOLDING A CELL PHONE. WTF?

Hopefully it was a model with LKAS and CMBS so she didn't crash her brand new RLX while holding her cell and talking into it.

Seriously people, it takes less than 30 seconds to pair your cell phone to your car. Dammit. FTMFL.

If this was your lady driving your RLX, please help her.

I don't understand why anyone would buy an Acura and not use built-in Bluetooth.

I agree, those Vossens look great on that RLX. Now that's what I'm talking about.

I'd be willing to go without the soundproofing system in the stock wheels to actually look decent.

I heard that the black RLX above....has 20" niche wheels (the badge embossed on the the one spoke) with tinted tails...being driven by a PA dealer.

Those wheels really do set it off.

Are the RLX stock wheels the same noise cancelling technology that was used in the 2012 RL or did they use some other method?

BTW - if you tint your tail lights then you deserve to get rear-ended and when you do, you will have no recourse. If you do not want other people to see your brake lights as soon as possible then you are a fool.

Also like how the 'nose' was painted to match the car - that is how it should come from the factrory.

Still haven't seen an RLX nor MDX in my area yet. Though I've seen a few ILX's and 2G MDXs. That black RLX looks great.

I saw a 2014 MDX in the wild within a few weeks of its release. I still haven't seen an RLX.

FINALLY!!! I saw a white RLX on the road all but 15 minutes ago. I see the grill...oh nice Acura...then the jewel eyes...wait a sec...hey that's an RLX as i double take and break my neck driving by it going the other direction trying to get a good look. lol.

it's amusing to think we can get so excited seeing such a rare beauty out on the road. it's like gawking at an exotic sports car....almost.

I'm losing faith that I'll see any RLXs until they are available used. Then again, I'm losing faith in the RLX in general.

I'm regularly seeing RLXs where I live. Today I saw a '14 MDX, and per usual recent Acura practice, it looked much nicer in the metal than in pix. SUVs aren't my thing, but it was a nice looking example.

Put MB or BMW (or whatever) badges on that, and people would be all ga-ga over it. Nice looking car.

I see more people doing this than I see RLs and RLXs combined. The worst is texting while driving. People have no sense or respect for other's safety.

TLtrigirl, you were right big time! A couple of hours ago (dusk) on a 2 way road I seen some really nice looking headlights coming towards me and I was like I've never seen those before. BAM! Brand new MDX. White diamond pearl. I got to see the jewel eyes in action. They're beautiful! As it passe by I got a good look at the headlights, the side of the body and the rear. Those jewel eyes (LEDs) are something else. Amazing. Now I'm hoping to see an RLX.

Finally saw one on the road. It was coming toward me on other side of road, the grille is what caught my eye as I notice all Acuras, the jewel eye headlights DRL next. Ironically 5 minutes later saw a new MDX again grille and then jewel lights caught my eye. Coming at me the RLX does not look too bad, but side and rear do nothing for me.

strange. After 4 months of long commutes and seeing 1000s of cars every day, as I posted above, I finally saw an RLX 2 blocks away. I had not yet seen an MDX either and now today same thing. I see my 1st MDX 2 blocks from house

I still haven't seen an RLX. However, I did see a 2014 MDX this morning in downtown San Francisco in navy blue, the color of my RL. It looked very good! Less than 5 minutes later, I saw a 2007 MDX in white, also nice. I guess the MDX is the franchise for Acura.

I recently went to NC (Outer Banks) from the NYC area, approx 450 miles each way. I didn't see one RLX during the round trip or during my week long stay, but I did see 5 new MDX's.

To date I have seen 2 RLX's on the road. Not good..

I saw a silver moon RLX a few days ago after getting gas. Spotted it in my rear view mirror and I knew it was the RLX with the jewwl eye LED headlights and the grille. The LED headlights looked amazing when lit.

I saw a black RLX (with 19" wheels) this morning on my way to work. It did look like a 7-series to me at first (from behind at a distance). Nevertheless, understated luxury is the most accurate phrase for the RLX.

I finally saw an RLX on the wild! It was on Kearny in downtown San Francisco at about 5:00 this evening. This is the same street where I saw the new MDX yesterday. This RLX was black and looked really nice! I think the RLX looks wider than the current Honda Accord, more in line with the first generation RL.

I saw one about two weeks ago, dark navy blue colour. I was in traffic stopped and it was coming the other way so I only got a quick glance at the front as it approached, but looked good, the jewel eyes definitely set the car off.

Seen my first 2014 Acura MDX Advance SH-AWD in Forest Mist in my rear-view mirror as I was merging onto the highway, spotted it from a good ways back and absolutely fell in love. It passed me quickly though, going about 90 in a 65! I caught up to it and I instructed my step dad in the passenger seat to look over at it and tell me what he thinks about it. He said it's alright but he likes the New Escapes better. (WHY!? I do not know. He plans on getting one soon.. but his money, his choice. I always say if someone doesn't like an Acura then they don't deserve one lol.)

Anyway, huge question on the Jewel eyes.. Are they BLUE? I've seen in video's where they look white/ light blue or even green, but today (around 5PM in bright sunlight) they were a really bright blue. I found that odd. Maybe it was just from my auto dimming rear-view mirror (only time I seen the headlights). Odd if so, since all the other colors and car headlights are normal. Just the MDX's were different.

Have yet to see a RLX.

Since my 8/15 post ^^ I have seen 6 RLX's on the road.

I don't know what kind of deals are out there on the RLX because I haven't been searching, but if Acura is offering incentives on the RLX it's working.

Took one for test drive this week for the heck of it. Liked the interior alot. The exterior, not so much. It's missing alot of the cool features I loved about the RL. Dual exhaust, aggressive front end. But like my current RL in grew on me. I honestly didn't like '09's when they came out. But now I own and love one.
