Call Acura Customer Service 2019 RDX

I just gave Acura Customer Service an ear full about no Detour choice, can't name Favorites, hit or miss voice Nav, slow boot for Nav, typing Nav input is still slow even with practice, no digital speedo and cargo cover as an accessory. I believe much of the Nav issue and the lack of a digital speedo can be corrected with a software update. So those of you who are like minded please call Acura Customer Service in hopes they will fix some of these basic fundamental functionality flaws.

Hate to break it to you, but calling their CS isn't going to do squat. It's outsourced out to a 3rd party and your complaint will just end up getting logged somewhere that'll never see the light of day.

I'm sure you are right, but helped my frustration to vent. Hope Auto Android solves the Nav issues if and when it is ever issued. I got an early call from someone representing Acura HQ and "complained" about some of the issues, but have learned of others since.
