Hello,

I recently moved to the Houston area from DFW and need recommendations of auto shops to go for an A-Spec suspension upgrade for my 08 5AT TL. The last shop I visited (SH-99 and 90A) qouted me $580 for the install (6 hours of labor), which I thought was too steep! I now live in Sugarland/Missouri City area but any shop anywhere in the Houston metro that is dependable and reasonable anyone here can recommend is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

wow - i'd do it for that much. the biggest PITA is the rear seat.

6 hours is reasonable. it's the crazy rates they charge that kill ya.

my biggest problem was that a back seat bolt was stripped and goobered up from the factory. if i did not have a 6mm x 1.0 tap and die, i would have been hosed.

it is a very simple install if you can do any sort of wrenching and have the tools. i did not even use my air tools once.

you can pull in my garage and do it while i manage and drink beer.

theres a shop on richmond called team rush

i go there for all my installs they do a good job.

Im pretty sure installation should be around 200 mayb less
